Here you’ll find yourself in a stone building with impressive scenery on the outskirts of Mount Ida, the most bountiful vault of oxygen in the world, with a clear view of Midilli, Ayvalık and the Gulf of Edremit. This historical building, which has been turned into a small hotel project with 9 rooms by architect Tufan Atalayman, has been transformed into a unique place decorated completely with antiquated furniture. The feeling of freshness when in the pavilion puts you into a very different mood. There are many different coves to swim in, and you’re not too far away to visit the ancient city and historical places. Water from the mountains flows from the taps of the pavilion. Olives and olive oil specially produced from olive trees, fruit and vegetables from the pavilion’s own garden and the trees nearby take form in Alfer Hanım’s hands and are turned into marvelous gourmet dishes.
