Whatever you feel like that evening, whatever is fresh, you can choose accordingly. My favorite was the sautéed sea bass with basil. Topped with a light lemon semolina dessert. It's not overly fancy, but the flavor hits you right in the heart. On summer evenings, sipping a cocktail at Dionysos Beach Bar with soft music playing and letting the sound of the sea wash away the day's fatigue is another must-do here. You can't come here and not walk to the Temple of Athena in the morning. While the day is still cool, climbing up the stone streets and watching the view of the Aegean and Lesbos gives you a completely different sense of peace.
