Frankly, in my opinion, it is neither a great nor a bad place. The rooms are a little small, but it is written on the website that they are 16m2. Apart from that, what I see missing is TV and minibar. I think the staff is very successful. Food prices are normal. After all, as someone living in Istanbul, we pay this money when we go out to eat. I advise.

Apart from the sea, it is a really troublesome establishment. The staff are truly disrespectful, rude, arrogant, rude and threatening. Even though we made our room payments upon arrival at the hotel, they asked for additional fees with constantly changing figures upon check-out. They said they miscalculated the reason. They were the ones who said the amount to be paid. Whatever is missing, it can be paid, but the attitude is in places. When we did not accept this situation, the reception staff asked us "Haven't you ever stayed in a hotel?" " are you high?" They rejected our objection with very ugly sentences such as "You are people worth 100 lira" and "Get in your car and go." They walked on us. As you know, they threatened. When we told them that the situation was due to their own mistakes, they responded by saying, "If you hadn't been so cunning, if we had made a mistake, you should have corrected it." They suddenly became crowded and surrounded us. If we consider other things, the location is opposite the center of the island, transportation is very difficult. There is no way. You literally pass through places like cliffs to get down to the hotel. The sea is beautiful, clean. Yes, the place is as seen in the pictures, but everything is very old and dirty. Old boards pose a danger. They work with breakfast included, but most of the breakfast items are finished. We have to ask ourselves and wait all the time. The rooms are very small. There's not even room to move. There is no TV or refrigerator in the rooms. It is forbidden to bring any food from outside. But there is nothing available in the hotel. So we were fooled by the pictures, don't be fooled. We were disgraced with our money.
Facility answer: First of all, in a business whose mission is customer satisfaction and equipped with the slogan "WE ARE LADIES AND GENTLEMEN SERVING LADIES AND GENTLEMEN" in all areas of use, epithets such as disrespectful and rude are astonishing, as we serve people who have the characteristics of LADIES AND GENTLEMEN. All prices and information about the hotel were shared with you during the meetings. When you check in to the hotel, there is a deficiency due to us regarding the collection of the remaining amount (200.-TL). When we requested collection for this upon departure, we received an incomprehensible reaction and we said "ok, no problem, we'll handle it". We were astonished by the response we received. You were also very aware of the deficiency, because when we told you that you had an account, your first sentence was "WE ARE NOT PAYING, WHAT WILL YOU DO?" was. Strangely enough, you never even asked what it was about because you knew it very well. That's why you did what every guilty/unjust person does and lowered your tone of voice and words. Although we wanted to show the WhatsApp correspondence between us, you insisted on not looking at these correspondences and shouted insults at us, especially wanting our other guests around to hear them, and we did not respond to your insults with all our maturity. In our opinion, the gentlemen next to you trying to remain silent, taking care not to escalate the incident and telling you "okay, that's enough, get in the car" is a good reason for you to reconsider your situation in the incident. What you say that they surrounded us was our other guests who were waiting to enter or exit the hotel or beach at that time. You mentioned the roads and cliffs, but we are not responsible for the roads of Avşa Island. Moreover, we cannot understand what your claim that there is a cliff on a small island like Avşa has anything to do with us. For transportation, taxis are available 24/7 and minibuses operate until certain hours. For everything to be very old, we must also be an old organization, it is only our 2nd year. If we talk about the dirty part, you were the one who didn't leave your room for two days and didn't want to clean it. Unfortunately, we do not have a service such as forcing the room to be cleaned. You will also appreciate that a breakfast under the open buffet concept cannot be finished. Outside food and drinks are not accepted in any hotel. It is significant that you say that the hotel restaurant offers world cuisine a la carte and nothing is available.
