Ataol Farm is set on a 40 thousand sqm yard, in Bozcaada's Tekirbahçe District, in the middle of a valley, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. This farm, where our grandfathers once upon a time used to work for agriculture and livestock activities, h as become one of Bozcaada's most beautiful hotels, where people can meet again with nature. Our farm, that synthetizes ecological life, organic agriculture and holiday all together, hosts you in stone buildings made according to the concepts of ecological architecture. Our hotel, restored with attention to the details, hosts authentic historical design and nowadays comfort, and welcomes you from april to november. For our guest we cook traditional foods from Aegean and Bozcaada using traditional methods and organic products we grow by ourselved in our farm. Among them you can taste delicious meals like stuffed pumpkin flowers, island ravioli, vine leaves stuffed with meat, and stuffed kid. We produce our own sour dough bread with special flours and cook it in our stone oven. We serve our traditional village breakfast with tomatoes, cuncumbers, peppers, olives and olive oil, goat cheese, jams that we produce by ourselves. You can take and eat any of the products of our organic garden freely. For us, protecting the taste and nutritional values of vegetables and fruits is one of the most important facts of organic agriculture. We work since 2002 to help guest who are tired of technology, life in the city and the stress and problem that it generates, by offering a quiet and peaceful stay to forget those problems at Ataol Farm.
