Places to Eat in Aegina Island

Nowhere we stepped in Aegina did we wish we hadn't. On the contrary, every street, every table, every view warmed our hearts. I'll give you a few suggestions here, but I can safely say this: sit anywhere that looks pleasing to the eye, trust your instincts. Especially if you find a table by the sea in Perdika, sit down without thinking. Having a bad dining experience in Greece is almost as unlikely as winning the lottery.

Let's talk about our favorites...

Achivadaki has a special place in our hearts, mesmerizing us all with its cuteness, location and picturesque view.

We stopped by Remetzo for breakfast, to recharge our batteries before heading to Moni Island, where we had a simple but delicious breakfast and a great start to the day.

But the place that really surprised us was Manitas Sto Kyma, which goes beyond the classic Greek cuisine and offers different flavors. The mushroom balls and crispy onion rings on the menu are definitely a must try, unusual but very successful.

Let's come to the most frequently asked question: “So, how are the prices?” The food business in Greece is a bit magical. Because the more crowded it gets, the more reasonable the bill becomes. Portions are big, table wines are cheap but surprisingly delicious.
