Marmita:n Set in a stone courtyard in the center of Skiathos, this restaurant is both local and innovative. The waiters act like old friends. The plates are elegant but intimate. Prices are a little on the high side, but the experience is worth it.

Castella Located by the sea, on the piers. The pizza is fresh from the stone oven and the tomato sauce is fresh. A dinner here in the evening accompanied by the smell of iodine is unforgettable.

Gravisi: A small pizzeria in an alley. You have a chat with the owner, while the smell of pizza comes from the oven. It's as if you're a guest in his house.

Ocean Beach Bar (Koukounaries): Beach by day, beer and potatoes in the afternoon, then the sea again... Your feet in the sand, the Aegean in front of you, the shade of the pine trees above you. Sometimes it's something so simple that makes you the happiest.

You can't miss Bourtzi for a coffee break. Having a frappe or dessert overlooking the sea on this small peninsula overlooking the harbor, especially when the breeze is blowing, makes you feel like everything is fine.

You don't need to make a plan for nightlife. The music you hear while walking in Hora, the center of the island, will draw you somewhere. In places like Soul Cielo or Bourtzi Bar, you can get into the rhythm, sometimes just looking at the view is enough.
