Good day, we made a reservation at your hotel with my family for accommodation between 5-7 February 2021. Due to a few bad situations, we had to leave your hotel early on the evening of February 6th. We can list the reasons as follows: - Your rooms are too hot and the temperature cannot be adjusted. As a recommendation, think about how permanent a solution opening the windows is, or how logical it is for friends who are trying to help to say that they have reduced the temperature setting of the central system? - The general cleanliness of your rooms is poor. They were very dusty. Especially the curtains used in the room were very dusty. Combined with the extreme heat, we could not sleep in the room at night. - Within the scope of Covid-19 measures, other guests did not comply with the measures, especially in the elevators. When we first arrived at your hotel, a young couple got off the elevator without a mask and your Mr. guest sneezed in the elevator without covering his mouth. I conveyed this issue to your nearby colleagues at that moment, but they did not make a statement or take any precautions. - There was a lot of noise in the corridors after 21:30 in the evening. My wife had to go out into the corridor 3 times and warn other guests. I went down to the reception myself and submitted my complaint. They said that the security guard friends were sent, but I do not know whether they gave any warning. - While I was conveying my complaints at the reception, I think your Responsible Manager friends have a lack of coordination among themselves. When I complained about the room being too hot on the night of February 5, no one responded the next day. On February 6, I talked to another manager friend, but he was unaware of the issue. Please be more sensitive about complaints and problems and do not unfollow. - I think transportation to your hotel should not be more expensive than normal taxi fares. In the afternoon of February 6, I forwarded it to your current manager friend. If we had a lot of belongings, we would be charged 285 TL for 2 adults and 2 children. A normal taxi costs 160 TL from the airport. - Due to the above reasons, we ended our stay at your hotel 1 night early and had to buy our return flight ticket 1 day before with a penalty. The hotel is super. They may not behave as they promise regarding prices. Please purchase after making the reservation, otherwise they may give a different price. Apart from this, accommodation and service are absolutely good. They can only point to the right and shoot to the left, do not have a wage problem...
