My place is in the heart of the lovely village of Merdivenli on the north Aegean coast.

You’ll love my place because of its character, architecture, outdoors space, private garden, terrace and the panaromic Aegean sea, Mytilene and Ayvalık, İda Mount view.

There are five bedrooms in the house with double in each room, big closets, spare beddings and towels. It sleeps up to 12 people, including three armchair beds in the living room and TV room. There are also four stowaway mattresses that can be used for larger groups.

The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new cookware, kettle, coffee-maker, toaster, dishwasher, full-size fridge, stove and mini-oven. The living-room area is large and comfy with a fire-place. The bathrooms are new and have a washing machine. The house combines a countryside character with modern conveniences. Its huge local stone walls (along with the air conditioning on both floors) keep it cool in the summer, and air conditioning system makes it cosy and warm in winters. The walled-in outdoor space and a large garden. a beautiful space for reading, meditating or doing yoga. We have a natural stone swimming pool.
