Terms and Conditions

Reservation Cancellation And Refund Terms
1-) PARTIES: On the one hand, Milagro Of Cappadocia. (Hereinafter referred to as HOTEL in this contract) and on the other hand, the person or institution that approves this contract and receives accommodation services over the internet (Hereinafter referred to as CUSTOMER or CONSUMER in this contract) have arranged the Accommodation Sales Contract under the following contract terms and conditions. Name/Title: Milagro Of Cappadocia Full address: Yukarı Mah. Başoğlu Cad. No:17/1 Uçhisar Phone:+905335088598 Other: https://milagro-of-cappadocia.rezervasyonal.com/ 2-) SUBJECT: The subject of this contract covers the performance of the accommodation services sold by Milagro Of Cappadocia to the Customer and the rights and obligations of the parties. 3-) PRICE AND PAYMENT METHOD All taxes are included in the total price of the services detailed in Annex 1. This fee can be paid according to the payment method determined by the supplier providing the service (accommodation, transfer providing company) 1. By credit card at the time of reservation or 2. By EFT/Money Transfer to the bank account specified by the Hotel 3. At the time of the relevant accommodation or transportation service. The amounts to be paid immediately or later during the performance of the service on site with the contract will be clearly stated in the shopping cart with the expressions to be paid now and to be paid on site. 4-) SERVICE PROMOTION INFORMATION: A detailed introduction of the travel and tourism service is available on the Hotel's introduction page regarding the service. 5-) PACKAGE PRICE CHANGES: The prices and conditions stipulated in the contract cannot be changed. 6-) TRANSFER It is not possible to change the name in the hotel reservations made and to transfer the purchased reservation to another name. In other accommodation or transfer services, the right to transfer is provided according to the rules determined by the service provider; in this case, the customer is obliged to notify at least 7 days in advance. 7-) CANCELLATION and CHANGE 7.1 The hotel may partially or completely cancel the reservations it has announced or recorded, provided that it notifies the consumer, up to 7 days before the start of the accommodation when it deems necessary. During the same period, the hotel may change the means of transportation and their departure points. If the consumer does not accept these changes and cancellation, he/she has the right to cancel his/her reservation and receive a full refund of the amount he/she paid. In this case, the consumer does not have the right to compensation. However, if the payment was made by credit card; the credit card commission is deducted from the refund. 7.2 In case of cancellations made up to 10 days before the start of the trip for a reason other than the fact that the consumer or his/her first degree relatives have illnesses that prevent him/her from working for 10 days and deaths are documented with an official report to be obtained from a fully equipped state hospital, the entire amount paid to the CONSUMER up to that point, excluding the amounts for extra services, will be refunded. The CONSUMER accepts and undertakes to pay the HOTEL 1 day's accommodation fee if he/she cancels the contract 4-3 days before the start of the accommodation, 1.5 days' accommodation fee if he/she cancels the contract 2-1 days before the start of the accommodation, and 2 days' accommodation fee if he/she cancels the contract on the day of the accommodation. If the CONSUMER requests a cancellation up to 6 days before the start of the service, the entire amount paid, excluding the amounts for extra services (such as credit card commission fee), will be refunded to him/her. 7.3 In our early reservation and promotional sales, name changes, cancellations and refunds cannot be made except for Force Majeure (First Major). 8-) HOTEL'S TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT: If the Hotel arbitrarily terminates the contract without justified reasons, the consumer shall have the right to compensation in proportion to the damage suffered. In addition, the Hotel shall return to the consumer all payments made by the consumer up to that date and all documents that put the consumer in debt within 10 days. If the termination of the contract is due to the number of registered consumers not reaching the number required for the opening of the Hotel (this situation is considered as a reason for termination of the contract by the parties) or due to force majeure despite the Hotel having shown all necessary care, the consumer shall not have the right to compensation. 9-) NOTIFICATION PERIOD: The consumer must notify the relevant service provider Hotel of the failure to perform the contract at all or properly within 7 days from the date the service should have been performed or was performed. 10-) LIABILITY: The Hotel is responsible for the failure to perform the obligations arising from the contract at all. However, if the failure to perform the contract at all is due to the fault of the consumer or third parties or a force majeure event, the Hotel cannot be held responsible. If, during the accommodation, the Hotel does not provide or is understood to be unable to provide one or more of the services that constitute the essential element of the contract; the Consumer has the right to early check-out and the Hotel is obliged to pay the remaining accommodation amount back to the Consumer (depending on the payment method).

Do you accept children and how are they charged?

We accept children of all ages. We do not charge any fee for a 0-2 year old baby bed. If an additional bed is requested for the 2-11.99 age group, we charge a nightly fee. For exact pricing information, you can select the age and number of children on our reservation page and get exact and clear information.

What is the cost of your extra beds, their comfort and their condition in the room?

An extra bed can be placed in all rooms except the King room. We have given importance to the comfort of our extra beds and have made a special choice for you, choosing a bed with its own frame system, not the types found in other hotels. The pricing varies according to the room type. For exact pricing information, when you arrange the number of people and children according to their ages on our reservation page, you will receive an exact price.

Which rooms have balconies? How wide is balcony and what is the view like?

In our rooms on the ground floor, except for the Superior Suite, all our rooms have terraces opening to the garden. All our rooms on the upper floor have balconies. In order to see the difference between the two, you can examine the rooms & suites section on our website, starting with room number 1 as ground floor rooms and starting with room number 2 as upper floor rooms or you can reach us on whatsapp for exact information. All our rooms have a balloon view towards the wind.

Do you accept pets and is there a fee?

You can bring your pets up to 5 kg with you. We only accept large breed pets (such as golden retrievers or wolves). If you would like to bring 2 pets, please contact us.

Do all your rooms have jacuzzis, or do they vary depending on room types?

There is a Jacuzzi in all our rooms except the King room and Premium Suite. Depending on the room type, the Jacuzzis become larger and more functional.

Can we watch the balloons from the hotel?

You can watch the balloons from the terrace, depending on the weather conditions. If the wind blows from the north-west, the balloons pass by the hotel. If the wind blows from the south-west, the balloons can be seen from Goreme or Avanos.

How do you serve your breakfast?

Our breakfast is prepared as a spread. If you have any discomfort or allergies during your reservation, we will prepare a special breakfast for you by taking your situation into consideration. 65% of the products we use are carefully prepared by housewives and villagers and are provided and controlled in a way that we can contribute to them. We offer you the remaining 35% of our purchasing supply by using products specific to the Central Anatolia region. In particular, some of our breads are prepared with gluten-free heirloom seeds and 100-year-old sourdough. We take care that our jam products are made of beet sugar and carry out our purchasing supply accordingly. You can request fruit juice, tea, coffee varieties (americano, latte, filter coffee) for your breakfast. You can request that the breakfast be served in our garden or in our breakfast room where our works of art are located or in your room in antique trays if you have purchased a honeymoon package.
