I would like to convey my views on Iceberg Hotel from the perspective of a tourism expert. First of all, Iceberg Hotel is a well-established hotel in terms of service. Of course, the contribution of both the management and the staff is indisputable. Personnel is a problematic issue in ski hotels. It is difficult to find qualified staff for only 3 months and even if they are found, it is also difficult to keep them after the end of the season.
However, İceberg Hotel staff does not make you feel any deficiency in this regard. Hotel Manager Engin Bey is at the hotel day and night and takes care of the guests one by one. Chef Murat Bey manages to make everyone happy with his delicious dishes. Likewise, thanks to the close attention and interest of the restaurant chef Murat Bey, receptionists Mr. Serdar and Ms. Seda, you feel like a guest rather than a customer. Not only the management but also all the hotel staff, whose names I unfortunately did not learn, are very kind and do their best to help you. The ski room staff and ski instructors are also very professional. I would like to thank all the staff of the hotel separately.
As for the hotel itself; the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. There is no problem with heating and hot water. There are no deficiencies in terms of cleanliness. Wifi works very well. The distance of the hotel to the chairlift is 150 meters. I think it is a reasonable distance for a ski hotel. If the snow condition is good on the way back, you can ski very close to the hotel.
Finally, Sarıkamış is a ski paradise with its snow quality, magnificent nature and reasonable prices. If you have not been here before, I say you should definitely come and experience this pleasure.

At Iceberg Hotel, the sincerity and sincere behavior of hotel manager Engin was reflected in all the staff... All my friends I went with were very pleased with all the staff. When we entered the hotel, we were greeted by Seda Hanım's smiling and sincere face. In fact, when our friend, who joined at the last minute, joked that there was no room available and said, "Let's just spend the night at the reception," Ms. Seda was so sweet and hospitable enough to say, "Is that okay, we can host her at home with my family?" Thank you, they worked hard to arrange our place. The hotel staff is friendly and enjoys their job. Hotel manager Murat Bey made us feel like at home. The location of the hotel is very good, the food was very good. As an extra, we ate goose one evening and it was amazing. It was also very nice to enjoy the mulled wine we warmed up in the barrels burned outside in the evenings. The ski team was very helpful in everything. As a Mersin resident with a ski phobia, I would like to express my respect to the patience and calmness of Bekir Hoca, who taught me how to ski with determination, despite me crying on the track saying "I am a sea person, why am I skiing?" We loved Sarıkamış's magnificent nature and slopes, Iceberg hotel and all its staff so much that we went there 3 times last winter. We are looking forward to going again this winter.

The staff is legendary, the food is truly beyond expectations. The rooms are spacious and sparkling... The staff in the ski room are very friendly and helpful. We spent time at the hotel on two days of our four-day holiday due to weather conditions. They were incredibly helpful. The only thing missing is having to carry the skis for about 80-100 meters to the piste. In this regard, one does not have a problem when it comes to knowing the distance.... Endless thanks to all hotel staff....
