Directions to Syros Island

There is no direct ferry from Turkey to Syros Island. However, you can first take a ferry from Turkey to one of the nearby Greek islands, such as Kos, Rhodes, or Samos.

Travel from the Greek Islands to Syros

Once you reach one of these Greek islands, you can travel to Syros via ferries from Athens’ Piraeus Port or by using inter-island ferry connections.

Athens - Syros: There are frequent ferry services from Piraeus Port in Athens to Syros. After reaching Athens by plane or ferry, you can travel to Syros.

Inter-Island Ferries: You can check inter-island ferry services that connect other Greek islands to Syros. For instance, you can take ferries from Mykonos, Tinos, or Santorini to Syros.

Airplane Option

Syros has a small airport, but it typically doesn't have direct international flights. There are domestic flights from Athens to Syros. After flying from Turkey to Athens, you can take a domestic flight to Syros.
