Shopping in Ortakent

Ortakent is a holiday resort where the old village life still continues in the inner parts of the town. Therefore, handicrafts are still going on. You can find many handmade items in the bazaar established in the town or in the stalls opened in the streets. You can buy hand-woven carpets and rugs, lace and needlepoint embroidery, textile products called Bindallı.
In the bazaar in the center, you can buy almost all kinds of souvenirs, ornaments, jewelry and figurines. You can buy fresh fruits and vegetables in the neighborhood markets established on certain days of the week. You can find organic products, fresh or dried herbs grown in the region.
