What is Pia Haus like?

This cozy house nestled among greenery features two bedrooms and a pool, accommodating up to 4 people. The interior design of this charming house, carefully crafted in modern lines, includes a fireplace and a jacuzzi for winter guests. Whether it's the pool in summer or the cozy atmosphere of the living room in winter, Pia Haus envelops you in a warm ambiance. Welcome, and enjoy the tranquility!

Pia Haus becomes your permanent retreat when you long for nature, feel tired of work, or simply want to break the routine with its warmth and intimacy. It's perfect for special holidays like honeymoons. You can even plan events like weddings or engagements here. With one side facing Sapanca Lake and the other offering a mountain view that completely disconnects you from the city, Pia Haus creates a feeling of being in a different realm.

The garden where the bungalow is located spans almost 1 acre, allowing you to spread your yoga or pilates mat in every corner. Seeing birds perched on tree branches is refreshing and revitalizing.

We don't distinguish between seasons when it comes to visiting Sapanca. Each season has its own beauty; you can ski in nearby Kartepe in winter or go canoeing on the lake in summer. Spring is perfect for long walks in the blossoming nature and admiring the surroundings from a cable car.
