One of Sapanca's most distinguished addresses is Çayır Çimen Evleri. @cayircimenevleri 🌲 It consists of well-designed, stylish and contemporary villas in a beautifully landscaped garden surrounded by pines. Furnished in a homely style, these spacious detached houses have living rooms suitable for hosting guests, bathrooms, kitchens and pleasant seating groups on their own private verandas. 🏡 This is a quiet and beautiful place away from the chaos. Roosters are crowing; chickens, cats, ducks, rabbits all live together. This sympathetic environment is perfect for those who want to go on vacation for three to five days disconnected from the outside world. 🏠 In front of the duplex villa where I stayed, a private garden and barbecue were ready. 🍴 The hotel has a delightful garden restaurant. They make homemade pastries, warm breads, melemen, muhlama, butter and flower honey from Rize, dishes and salads prepared with natural vegetables from their own gardens. ✨ Duplex, two-room villas are 70 square meters, one-room villas are 35 square meters. Duplex Villas with barbecue are more preferred by those who cannot give up the pleasure of barbecue. 🍳 Room only or bed and breakfast accommodation options are available. ✏️ There is a 15% discount during the winter season. But there is a 25% discount for stays of 2 nights or more. There is an additional 5% discount for small hotel followers:)). 🏡 Çayır Çimen Hotel is within walking distance to Sapanca lake and the shops in the town. 🍽️ Food and drink recommendations from the region: Menzara Restaurant for breakfast with nature and bird's eye view of the lake, Velour Restaurant for lunch or a drink break, VodaSapanca for fish dinner by the lake in the evening 🚙 Sakarya Provincial Forest Nature Park is one of the natural beauties worth seeing, Soğucak Plateau and Kartepe Glass Terrace are also places to visit. We also went to Ormanya and I loved the zoo specially established for rehabilitated and damaged creatures in natural life. 🧑‍🌾 Any other suggestions, I'm waiting!🙏🏻

How to go

Since Sapanca is on the Istanbul-Ankara TEM highway, transportation is very easy. When you enter the highway from Istanbul toll booths, you can reach the Sapanca exit in approximately 1 hour, and when you enter from Ankara toll booths, it takes approximately 3 hours.

After exiting the highway from Sapanca exit, turn left and after 800 meters turn right at Kırkpınar traffic lights. First of all, welcome to our cute town. The road splits into two. The easiest way to reach us is to follow the road to the beach on the right. Continue straight, crossing all four roads in front of you. Just before entering the passage leading to the beach, turn to the left and you will see the entrance of our villas. Welcome to your home in Sapanca/Kırkpınar...
