Erdek, which used to be one of the first summer resorts in Turkey, easily accessible and a place that used to be on the minds of people from Istanbul when it came to summer houses, came to my mind with its ancient cities lying on the Kapıdağ Peninsula, historical ruins resembling an open
-air museum, clean sea and peaceful ambiance, and I wondered what has changed and how it has evolved, and I wanted to turn my route to Erdek and rediscover this place again.
Kurbagalı and Çuğra regions are among the regions I would recommend for swimming. There are facilities here for every need, large and small. You can sit in the cafes and restaurants along the Erdek coast and enjoy both the sea and the flavor. Don't forget! You are in Marmara. In this region where fish is abundant and delicious, you should be full of seafood on your vacation.
When it comes to Places to Visit in Erdek, the first thing that comes to mind is Kyzikos Ancient City, which was shown as one of the 8 wonders of the world at that time by the ancient Greek geographer Strabo, followed by Kirazlı Monastery and Olive Island.
🍴 My recommendations for eating and drinking in Erdek;
I recommend Natural Kapıdağ for breakfast, Noir kitchen for lunch and Et Usta for dinner.
If you are an entertainment lover, there are night clubs such as Club Orion and Sirius Bar.

Of course, you can also stay comfortably in these rooms as a couple. Since the facility is open all year round, some rooms have jacuzzi and some rooms have fireplace.
By the way, the facility has 56 rooms. There are room types that appeal to every audience, every group. There are standard rooms as well as deluxe options such as 2+1 family room, executive jacuzzi, executive fireplace and 1+1. Rooms vary between 20-75 m2 in size.
When you stay here, I think there is no need to go to other places for eating and drinking. The Marlin Ala Carte Restaurant, which stands out especially with its seafood, serves a wide menu. The taste of the sea bass with eggplant and appetizers will stay on your palate for a long time...
Also, the alcohol menu is quite rich. For those who can't give up wine, I recommend you to try the menu
