How to go

Kalymnos has its own airport (JKL) with direct flights from Athens several times per week. However, the most popular route is to fly to Kos (KGS airport) and take a ferry over to Kalymnos. After arriving at Kos, there is a frequent daily ferry connection from Mastichari harbour to Kalymnos (Pothia harbour, 30-40 minutes). From Kos airport, you can take a taxi to Mastichari harbour (10 minutes) where you can purchase the ferry tickets. You can also book the ferry tickets online in advance. Kantouni Beach Boutique Hotel is only 6.5km away from the island’s capital Pothia and its port.

Also there is a frequent catamaran from Kos town to Kalymnos and the Blue Star ferries has also timetable from Kos town harbour to Kalymnos.
