How to get to Sinop

Sinop has a convenient location in terms of transportation, there is an airport in the city and it is about 8 km away from the city center. There is also a harbor on the coast of the city and you can reach here by sea. Since Turkey's land transportation is already very developed, there are daily bus services to Sinop from almost all our regions. It takes approximately 10 hours by road between Istanbul and Sinop.

By bus: Sinop has a bus terminal in the city center and there are regular bus services to major cities in Turkey such as Istanbul, Ankara and Samsun.

By car: Sinop is easily accessible by car from major cities in Turkey via the D850 highway which connects Sinop to cities such as Samsun, Zonguldak and Ordu.

By train There is no train station in Sinop, the nearest train station is in Samsun, about 150 km from Sinop. From Samsun you can reach Sinop by bus or taxi.
