Karaöz is a hidden gem adorned with glorious nature. It is one of the rare towns that has not yet surrendered its soul to touristic elements. The surroundings are fairytale-like and untouched. In such a place, staying at Esperanza Hotel, where you can forget the whole world and have a good time, is of course a different taste. Esperanza is decorated with a special generosity. A riot of textures and colors. The key element: tranquility.
A beautiful library of old books, rooms with character, beautiful wall decorations and intoxicating views complete the picture. This is a cozy and homely hotel. Mountains, hills, forests. It's also a good place to go for a walk. The weather is exceptional especially in April-May. You can sit under the trees in the garden and find yourself in the evening of a lost provincial town, far away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
The hosts are a retired couple of guides, with a sincere approach and an understated, down-to-earth, down-to-earth comfort that is typical of people who have seen the world. They try to make their guests happy with a smiling face. The food they prepare with their own hands is marvelous. They are also familiar with alternative cuisines such as Vegan/Vegetarian/Middle Eastern. All of them are a visual and palatal feast. Breakfast is no exception. Kumquat jam leaves a mark on the palate. All of the rooms are nice and comfortable, but the pleasure of staying in rooms with sea view is completely different. Lying on the sun loungers by the pool, drinking coffee, eating cookies, reading a book, relaxing will increase your joy of life. The environment is so magical that it is easy to stay for four or five days...
900 meters down Karaöz Beach, Özlykia Restaurant is perfect for seafood lovers. You can also find pleasant restaurants in Ulupınar, Adrasan and Çıralı.
Don't neglect to spend the day watching the deserted islets in Gelidonya, which is called Seven Noses in ancient sources. It's not just a view, it's like a finely carved lace...
You will need a detailed program to see the ancient settlements and tombs with reliefs in Kaş, Hoyran, Olympos, Çıralı and Demre. Not to mention Kekova, which is unique in the world...

Esperanza Boutique Hotel of Lykia was an accommodation point that caught our attention as soon as we saw it on the Small Hotels website and we wanted to see it. While my wife and I were making our holiday plans, we immediately got in touch. Even from our first contact with the hotel owner, Mr. Ümit, we felt that we had found the right place. You are faced with a manager who quickly answers all your questions and enlightens you on every issue before you even arrive at the hotel. The hotel is in a great location between the forest and the sea. There is silence everywhere. When you enter the door, an atmosphere of peace and sweet dogs at Night welcome you. The rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable in every respect. It has a warm environment, just like your home, and has so many aesthetic touches. Ümit Bey's wife, Ms. Nalan, has the same warm and caring attitude. People come here many times just to chat with him. It is impossible not to feel that both Mr. Ümit and Ms. Nalan see you as their guest, not as a customer, and welcome you as if they were hosting you in their home. The set meal menus they prepared for the evening are very delicious, diverse and meticulous. The breakfasts are in the form of a mixed breakfast and are quite varied and attentive. All employees are respectful and friendly. In short, if you want to come to Karaöz beach and stay in a quiet, peaceful, clean, stylish and comfortable hotel, you can choose this place with peace of mind. We left Esperanza Boutique Hotel of Lykia, where we stayed for 8 nights and 9 days, extremely happy, peaceful and completely rested, even though we didn't want to. We discovered Esperanza Hotel while looking for a holiday away from crowds, people and noise, and therefore stress, away from nature and the sea. And we are glad that we discovered this hotel thanks to www.kucukoteller.com.tr. After landing at Antalya airport, we reached the boutique hotel where we would stay after 1.5 - 2 hours by car. Since the last 100 meters of the hotel is still a footpath, it is useful to pay attention to the hotel signs on the left and right sides of the road before reaching the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, Mr. Ümit and his wife Ms. Nalan welcomed us with a very friendly and smiling face. Since we arrived at the hotel in the morning, we were able to settle in immediately as our rooms were available, although the hotel did not have a check-in time. After relieving our road fatigue with a perfect breakfast, we started our holiday with pleasure. The hotel room where my parents stayed and the rooms where my brother and I stayed were upside down. The comfort, cleanliness and nature and sea view of the rooms were simply wonderful. The entire hotel has been designed with great taste and attention to fine details. In addition, the Tchibo coffee machines in the room, designed for coffee lovers like me, were also a privilege. The richness of variety, presentation, taste and daily changing hot breakfast dishes (menemen, fried eggs, omelette, spring rolls, bagel, pancakes and our favourite: hazelnut avocado paste on bagel) were a feast. Dinner, just like breakfast, consisted of carefully prepared delicious appetizers, main course and dessert. We especially recommend you to try Ms. Nalan's olive oil dishes. By the way, we cannot pass without mentioning Mr. Ümit's talents in the kitchen and his magnificent falafels, hummus and special tzatziki. We would like to thank the Esperanza family, who made our holiday the best, the pleasant conversation of Mr. Ümit and Ms. Nalan, Murata, Bernaya and Ayşe who are friendly and devoted, and Tarçın and Zeyt who always welcomed us at the door.
