It takes about half an hours by car from Datca to reach Mesudiye-Ovabuku. If you are driving, follow the Datca - Knidos road till you see the Mesudiye sign turning left, then follow the road till the bottom of the hill, keep your right to take ovabuku - palamutbuku road and turning second left. From Dalaman you can reach Datca by bus via Marmaris, there is Havas to Marmaris after every landing, it takes 1,5 hour, then you can easyly find a bus to datca.
We can also help you to rent a car from dalaman or Datça

From Bodrum , you can reach Datça by road via Mugla and Marmaris, about 3 hours, or by ferry from Bodrum city ( 45 minutes from the airport Bodrum Milas BJV) ,the ferry takes two hours to reach the ferry port of Datca, kormen.

Then from Kormen, you can reach Datca with the free shuttle.
