Visiting the Archaeology Museum gives us a deeper understanding of how food, culture, history, and daily life intertwine in the city. We are captivated by some of Antep’s oldest mosques like Boyacı Mosque, the intricately crafted Ahmet Çelebi Mosque, the Kendirli Church built by Catholics in the 1860s, the Ali Atalar Collection at Saklı Konak, the stunning mosaics at the Zeugma Mosaic Museum, and the Emine Göğüş Gaziantep Culinary Museum.

After exploring the historic center from all sides, we stop at Tahmis Coffee House (dating back to the 17th century) to enjoy traditional dibek and menengiç coffee, accompanied by a mix of roasted nuts—a simple pleasure that perfectly complements the morning.
