"In autumn and winter, the seasons of leaf fall and orange, we have listed places where you can relax.

İzim Bozada - Editor

Sakin Ev Hotel - Alaçatı

We found a calm place for you, just 100 m away from the center of Alaçatı, and its name is @sakinevalacati. It's a very sweet, very charming little hotel, and it's open year-round.

Their concept is bed and breakfast, and in addition to that, they offer afternoon tea.

Let's start with the rooms. They often feature antique furniture, and each room has a different story. They are all decorated differently and have their own style. They use visco mattresses that take the shape of the body, very comfortable, we've tested and approved them :) Some rooms also have fireplaces for those who come in winter. The ceramics chosen for the bathrooms are non-slip. The mirrors are very stylish, some of them have wooden carved frames.

🍳🌿 For breakfast, they have a variety of options in the garden, where there are plenty of fruit trees. With plenty of jams and changing hot items, it's a nice and enjoyable breakfast. Let's talk a bit about the garden: Pumice stone, child-friendly flooring is chosen for the ground. There are also stylish wrought iron chairs and sun loungers for sunbathing. Oh, we almost forgot the main part: Sometimes there are talks, sometimes theater performances in the garden, you can follow the schedule on the hotel's Instagram account.

✏️  There are also open kitchens and fireplaces in the common areas.

The hotel doesn't have a pool, and the distance to the sea is 4 km like all other hotels in the center of Alaçatı. But bring your kids, it's a very peaceful environment.

Alright then, Have a pleasant holiday!

🌸 Note: The doors at Sakin Ev are very stylish, be sure to take pictures, they're perfect for sharing on social media.

Parna Hotel - Cunda Island

Are there any Ayvalık and Cunda lovers here? 🌸 We revisited Parna Hotel, one of the newest hotels in Cunda (Alibey Island) for the second time and evaluated our notes. You will see how the Greek and Turkish cultures harmonize here. Children are accepted as guests from November 1st to April 30th, and guests with children over 12 years old are accepted from May 1st. They say they embrace the Luvi culture where hosting guests is sacred. (Isn't that a very sympathetic mission?) Their concept is bed and breakfast. 🛏 There are a total of 12 rooms with separate designs, named after trees grown in the Northern Aegean. The decoration of the rooms is modern and very stylish. And the beds and pillows are very comfortable. Kitchen... Breakfasts are prepared entirely with local and organic products and served as an open buffet. When we went exploring, we successfully gave this breakfast a thumbs up on your behalf, of course - you can be proud of us: ) By the way, let us know in the comments how many bread lovers we have for breakfast, just a red heart emoji is enough: ) For dinner, they present the Northern Aegean cuisine in a spectacular way; we loved the Smoked Salmon Roll ❣️:)

There are glass-enclosed restaurant sections with views of both Cunda and the sea, which is also very nice. They accept reservations from outside.

🏊🏼‍♂️ Water... There is a small pool and sun loungers in the hotel's garden.  🏖 For the sea, there is a free special area with sun loungers, overlooking Lesbos, at Ada Camping for Parna customers. What really captured us was that they prepare and give beach bags to arriving guests. Isn't that a great idea? While most businesses today don't even provide towels for the beach…🤓

The hotel does not accept pets. There is a parking space for your vehicles, which is a feature that is hard to find in Cunda 👍🏻

Anadolu Evleri - Gaziantep

There are 600 buildings in Gaziantep, each over 100 years old, which are registered and under protection, reflecting past times. Four of these houses make up Anadolu Evleri. These houses, shaped by the architecture of the cultural structure of the time, were built around a 'life' courtyard behind 4-5 meter walls. Every detail has been considered to facilitate and beautify daily life. Some rooms' walls are covered with cupboards (nacar) from floor to ceiling; stick-worked, embroidered ceilings, and Aleppo-plastered floors; the sound of water coming from the small pool (gane) in the courtyard delights the hearts, and the wells inside the rooms made life easier, and homemade liqueurs, pickles, and jams are stored in the cellars and storerooms (hazna) near the kitchen. These houses have been restored with great effort and turned into living spaces again with their nacars, haznas, and ganes. It's very easy for guests to explore Gaziantep; because all the tourist attractions are within a short walking distance of Anadolu Evleri.

Villa Fe - Çatalca, Istanbul

Actually, you're probably familiar with this stylish villa from television, if you watch TV a little. This chic villa, nestled in a lush green area, is actually a 22-room cool villa (we used an English word, but it's exactly like that.) They have matched the wood so beautifully with nature that if you see it, you'll see what a peaceful place it is.. Especially for Marmara residents who want to escape from the city for a few days and retreat into seclusion. Yogis love it here too; groups often come here to hold events. We quite liked the rooms, they are very clean and comfortable. Antique furniture in shades of wood, rustic curtains, patterned rugs, and chic accessories on the walls are some parts of the decor that give you the feeling of being in a mountain house... They have made the pool, spa, Turkish bath, and gym quite functional and sufficient, and let's not forget to mention that you can enjoy hammock time in the garden. Their gardens are so beautiful that they are often chosen for country weddings in recent years. By the way, they are a pet-friendly hotel, for those of you who love cats and dogs from kucukoteller.com: ) We can say that breakfast at Villa Fe is a headline. They have a rich open buffet. They offer a fresh breakfast with baked goods, omelets, and plenty of fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, and greens. At the hotel, which serves year-round, you can enjoy the taste of tea and listen to bird sounds while watching the sunset with the homemade cakes they offer in the sunset greenhouse. You can taste meat from the Thrace region prepared by the chefs, vegan and vegetarian dishes prepared with seasonal vegetables from their garden. If you come by car, there is parking, and by the way, free wireless internet connections are also available. When you're tired of the city routine, when you want to escape from something, or whatever your excuse is, come to Villa Fe, have a peaceful and enjoyable holiday, rejuvenate, relax, and be sure to say hello to them (Ferhan Hanım) from us: )

The journey of Mustafa and Hakkı Arıkan began in 2014 just like this. Together, they decided to break free from the chaotic life in Istanbul and pursue their dreams. Making radical changes in their lives towards new careers and goals, Mustafa, with a short history in the accommodation sector, served as an investor intern at one of Istanbul's most prestigious boutique hotels. Meanwhile, Hakkı completed his culinary education at Le Cordon Bleu, the world's most famous culinary arts school.

In 2015, the Arıkan family settled in Urla district of Izmir and opened Urla Köyce, a chef restaurant. Kitap Evi Hotel - Bursa

Kitap Evi Hotel, located in the city center, stretches along the side of the Saltanat Gate, on top of the largest tower of the city walls, in the area of Ulu Mosque, tombs, and inns. Despite the fires and looting it has endured over the past century, Kitap Evi Hotel is one of the few private civil architectural examples that have survived. Although it may not be apparent from the outside, the mansion consists of 13 rooms, 4 full, and one attic. Each room in the mansion is furnished in a different style.

One of the restaurants under the Turizm Ministry's supervision has been serving guests in the garden floor and garden for 13 years. Here, you can enjoy the shade of a grand magnolia tree in summer and the warmth of a fireplace in winter. Before becoming a hotel, the restaurant hosted book sales and cultural events for 13 years, and its most important guests are still artists, writers, and illustrators. You can also come across out-of-print works in the open library available to guests.

Senna City Hotel is located in the most central area of Eskişehir, on the banks of the Porsuk River. The location of the hotel can be described as perfect. The train station is a 10-minute walk away, and the nearest tram stop is 1 minute away. It's a true city hotel. The rooms are very clean and modern. Some rooms have a view of the river.

They are in a bed and breakfast concept. The open buffet breakfast at Senna Restaurant with a river view is quite successful. If you come with your child, they also prepare suitable meals for him/her during breakfast. Be sure to go up to the terrace during the day and enjoy the view.

Whatever your reason, if you somehow ended up including Edirne in your route, found places to visit and restaurants to eat, and now you are looking for your hotel. If you say "I also want to feel the historical scent of Edirne," we think Taş Odalar is a very good option.

The most interesting information about Taş Odalar, known for 600 years, is that the 7th Sultan of the Ottoman Empire, Fatih Sultan Mehmet, was born in this mansion. This mansion, which smells of history with every texture, has 11 rooms furnished with furniture suitable for the mansion's architecture. The rooms are named after important actors in Ottoman history, such as Hürrem Sultan room, Cem Sultan room, and Mimar Sinan room.

Located right behind the Selimiye Mosque, they are only 2 meters away from the historic mosque. Sleep while watching the magnificence of Selimiye at night and wake up listening to the morning prayer. There is also a book cafe and a tea garden. The breakfast is quite varied.

Cheltikov Hotel - Kars

This magnificent building, which was built as a mansion for the Cheltikov Family in Kars, has been used for many different purposes until today. Today, it serves with its nostalgic atmosphere and stylish rooms, and serves breakfast in the mornings.

The Cheltikov Family, who settled in Kars between 1877-1896, built the building as a mansion for themselves. Later, the building, which was transferred to the Russian government, was used as an opera house for a long time.

After the Russians left Kars, the building served as a sub-barracks, military pharmacy warehouse, OPERA, hospital, maternity hospital, and finally as a doctor's house.

Converted into the Cheltikov Hotel in 2011, it hosts Eastern Anatolia and Kars Culture Tourism. The hotel, which provides reception service 24 hours a day, hosts authentic rooms. Hotel Cheltikov is located in the city center of Kars and is only 2 km away from Kars Castle, and Kars Airport is 5 km away.

Seyr-i Cennet Mountain Houses - Çamlıhemşin, Rize

Seyr-i Cennet Mountain Houses are located just a 10-minute drive from the Ayder Plateau. Since 1990, they have been blending quality service with the charm of Çamlıhemşin. Yeşilvadi Restaurant, known for its quality service, now extends its hospitality as a family business with Seyr-i Cennet Mountain Houses. Additionally, the facility even has a helipad.

We stayed for three days and absorbed happiness and tranquility into our lungs. There's so much to say about this place, but you can only truly understand it by experiencing it yourself. Let me share a few highlights as a taste. Firstly, the management is superb. There are two gentlemen who are so friendly, sincere, and hardworking that seeing them makes you believe that there are people who truly love what they do. As soon as you enter the hotel, potatoes are thrown into the stove, chestnuts are roasted, and hazelnuts are salted. If you ask for tea, it's always fresh. Fill your cup and drink up. The stove is burning warmly, with a pitcher of water on it. The fireplace never goes out, with rocking chairs beside it. Soft Black Sea melodies play in the background. As for the food, it's amazing. There's a barbecue outside. The meatballs are delicious, and the meats are great. The sautéed vegetables are incredibly tasty. And the salad? Legendary. The prices are quite reasonable. Don't bother looking for adventure outside; the best meals in the area are right here in the hotel. We were forced to eat outside for lunch. Perhaps it's because of the season, but believe me, we couldn't find anything decent to eat. The rooms are spotless. The sheets are snow-white. The pillows are comfortable. The duvets are fluffy. We were very comfortable indeed. When you wake up, it's like being in a fairytale house. You're in a wooden mountain house, but there isn't even a trace of cobwebs on the walls. There's no smell. We warmed up with the air conditioner. It was so warm; we never felt cold. You leave, and you don't turn off the air conditioner. Because the hotel owners say, "Leave it on so you don't get cold when you come back." As for the view, it's truly heavenly. You take a photo, and it's so beautiful that you look again to make sure it's real. The mornings are beautiful, and the nights are beautiful. Come and treat yourself; you'll never regret it.

Karaca Mountain Houses - İzmit

Here's a place with plenty of oxygen, perfect for detoxifying your soul, and open all year round: Karaca Mountain Houses.

Mountain houses have always held a special place in our hearts; we don't know why:)))

The bungalows inside the hotel consist of 8 units. The rooms are not very large, and don't expect five-star hotel comfort here anyway. Everything is clean. If you come with a large group of friends, you can even book the entire place for yourselves, accommodating up to 16 people. They receive many requests from companies, yoga groups, and large groups of friends and families to reserve the entire place.

The concept is half board. Breakfast is buffet-style, with not a wide variety but plenty of everything, fresh and delicious. They are located in a wooded area, but they have utilized every space beautifully without harming nature. There are two common areas in the hotel, one with two stoves and the other with a fireplace. We loved the glass-enclosed areas where dinner is served. It was very enjoyable to watch the snow falling outside while sipping our warm coffee. Of course, if you come in the summer, the atmosphere is completely different. Swings, hammocks, and outdoor movie nights are very enjoyable. By the way, you can also rent a 4x4 from the hotel and go off-roading or on a safari.

Have a great vacation!! Pets are not allowed.

Papuli Village House +6 - Karamürsel

Papuli Village House and Restaurant is located in Çamçukur village, nestled on the slopes of the Samanlı Mountains, just 4 km from the city center of Karamürsel, with stunning views of the bay and the bridge. Çamçukur village is a Laz village where people have been living for about 100 years, inhabited by those who migrated from Artvin Arhavi after the 1877-1878 Ottoman-Russian War.

The village follows the typical settlement pattern of the Eastern Black Sea. Unfortunately, many of the houses have adapted to the conditions of the time and deviated from the classic Eastern Black Sea architecture. Nevertheless, the warmth and hospitality of the village people still continue.

The main building of the hotel, a two-story stone house with wooden and brick construction typical of Eastern Black Sea architecture, was built by the homeowners and their relatives in an "imece" (community work) style in 1958. This charming house, where they were born and spent their childhood, remained neglected and abandoned for a long time, with the bathroom and toilet area collapsed, but it continued to stand against the years.

In 2016, restoration work began on this charming house, not only restoring it but also opening it to tourism so that everyone could see and experience its beauty. With great effort and labor, this charming place, which is true to its original form, has a total of 7 rooms. The hotel and the separately constructed restaurant are located on a 1-acre plot of land, suitable for weddings, engagements, henna nights, meetings, birthdays, and other events.

For those who want to breathe in the quiet and peaceful village life away from the city, enjoy their charming rooms; sip warm and cold drinks by the fireplace during the winter months, wake up among the fragrant fruit trees in the summer mornings, start the day with a unique village breakfast, and taste local homemade dishes in the evenings.
