📸 Trea Homes, which you can see here, can be a good address for you in the center of Marmaris, as it does not deviate from the path it has set in the beginning.

It consists of carefully decorated 2+1 and 1+1 modern suite type apartments with sea view and balcony @trea_homes .

🗝 Inside the apartments, everything you need has been thought of: washing machine with dryer, dishwasher, iron, fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, TV with Netflix connection, private fire and security systems. You enter your apartment with your special security code without the need for a key. The location is right in the heart of Marmaris Yacht Harbor. They continue their concept in the same way in their other centrally located buildings, which they have just added, 3 minutes walking distance.

🛏 Trea Homes is a place with personality. Their guests are both from Marmaris and from everywhere. Believe us when we say it is full most of the time. 40 years ago, the grandmother and grandfather ran the place as Acar Motel, and after their deaths, the third generation took over the business and it became what it is today. It stands as a family business in its renovated form.

🐶 Pets are not accepted.

An important detail for us. This is a 12-month business. They also rent out the apartments on a monthly basis in a more advantageous way.

🏡 They have -2 buildings; Marina Suites and City Suites. Marina for those who love the view. City for those who want a clean and peaceful house in the center.

-Marina is a beachfront building, City is 3-5 minutes walk away.

-Marina building has 4 apartments. 3 2+1, 1 1+1 duplex

There are 4 apartments in the -City building. 3 2+1 and one studio.

Apartment sizes are around 65 square meters.

✨ The most prominent feature is the unique view of the Marina building. Being right in the center. Guests can reach everywhere on foot and feel at home in the comfort of their own homes.

You can stay in the center of Marmaris and go to a different bay or village every day. Suitable for those who want to have sea during the day and entertainment in the evening.

✏️ Food and Drink Recommendations in Marmaris:

- Egevera Restaurant is ideal for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I can recommend O'yes Cafe for handmade hamburgers and pizza, and Nil and Dede Restaurant for those who want to eat fish.

-I can recommend you to visit the bays with boat tours departing from Selimiye, Orhaniye, Kumlubük and just opposite the Marina building.
