Here are the 10 Honeymoon Hotel Suggestions to Go in Spring:

1- Gümrük Hotel, +14 - Urla Izmir -  https://www.boutiquesmallhotels.com/gumruk-hotel
Covered with vineyards and small pine forests, Urla is a place of unique beauty for us. Art street, grapes, history, nostalgia, our conversations about what Urla was yesterday, what it is today, what it will be tomorrow... As is customary, we entered the hotel article from a wide "perspective". What should we do, shouldn't we make a contribution to our cultural history from the shore?
Gümrük Hotel @gumrukurla, lying parallel to the sea on the Urla Iskele, is a venue for all of these, dear readers. We even hear the voice of Omar Khayyam before we retire to our room number 7 at night:
"It is warm, fresh, beautiful outside.
The cloud has washed the face of the gardens.
Birds have come to enjoy themselves.
They sang our sighs to the apricot rose:
'Drink wine, drink wine, drink wine, wine.'"

We humans are mortal, but it is possible to make the places we live in 'eternal'. Ms. Mihriban, the impeccable host of Gümrük Hotel, and her teammates work hand in hand and strive not to be "ordinary" in the historical consciousness of this place they are in. They know very well that keeping the place warm is not just a "heating" problem...
The beauty of the hotel at the mouth of the sea lies in its silence and seclusion. It has a very atmospheric ambience, reflecting the evening sun through the windows. Chairs with upright backrests, exceptional furniture covering the rooms from top to bottom, all-around windows that look like transparent terraces... It is a universal pleasure.
In the evening, we were at the cocktail & bar restaurant called Rast Courtyard inside the hotel. Sipping wine by the fireplace with music and tasting cheese types in wooden bowls gave us an unusual taste. We also had the best cocktail here.
During our unforgettable Urla days, we would like to tell you that the art street in the center of the town is not an "anonymous" place. It has a personality like a door. Urla Art Street is a perfect street in terms of spaciousness and beauty in the construction styles of the buildings. The sparkle of the cut-stone roads after the rain and the immaculate images of the embroidered facades of 100-odd year old buildings immerse us in dreams of the past. Why is it that the past time draws us like a well…
2- Villa Turka, +12 - Alanya - https://www.boutiquesmallhotels.com/alanya-hotels

How about witnessing the panoramic view of a 200-year-old stone mansion deeply in love with the Mediterranean?

This chic yet historical stone mansion offers a magnificent view and a delightful, comfortable holiday experience, according to the editor who gets straight to the details.

The restoration of the hotel took about three years. The mansion is two stories high and contains 11 rooms. In the rooms scented with cedar, handmade armchairs, antiques, elegant bathrooms with velvet slippers, and olive oil soaps are carefully placed. The decoration of the rooms is not standardized; each one is furnished with different items and accessories, tastefully arranged. Also, the rooms are immaculately clean and smell fresh; cleanliness is very important to them.

The breakfasts are not only delicious but also guarantee a good start to the day :) They offer a rich breakfast presentation to their guests, including genuine mountain honey, goat horned cake, fresh greens, and a variety of pastries. Additionally, at Kafe Turka, you can also experience delicious local flavors accompanied by city and sea views. Let me tell you a secret, tea is free all day long :)

They are located 5 minutes away from the sea. During the summer months, there are free shuttle services to Kleopatra Beach. If you come in winter, you can enjoy the warmth of your holiday by the stove while savoring chestnut kebabs. By the way, this might be irrelevant, but there are also table tennis tables in the open area. When we went there to meet them, we suddenly found ourselves playing table tennis; it was so much fun, so enjoyable.

Organizations are quite popular at the mansion. They emphasize that they specialize in countryside weddings perfected with a la turka touches. When we visited, there was a wedding photo shoot for the bride and groom.

Regarding the location, it is located right at the foot of Alanya Castle. It's a hilly area with steep stairs, which might be a bit more challenging for guests with wheelchairs or strollers. If you come by car, there are parking lots available, but not many spaces for too many cars! If you want to rent a car, they can assist you. Call them first for parking when approaching the hotel!

3- Sarezya Luxury Hotel & Spa - Dalyan Çeşme İzmir - https://www.boutiquesmallhotels.com/cesme-hotels

Located in Çeşme, the apple of Izmir's eye, Sarezya offers a perfect start to the day with a magnificent sea view breakfast. You can drop anchor at all the bays with the hotel's private yacht, swim in the infinity pool, and enjoy the pool bar's special cocktails. Right next to it, you can swim in the sea at Aya Yorgi Bay, and relax in our spa center; indulge yourself in massages, sauna, steam, and adventure showers. You can feel far away from Çeşme with the rustic and bohemian design of the rooms and enjoy pleasant moments on your private garden-balcony areas. You can taste Traditional Turkish Cuisine and World Cuisine delights with a magnificent view at our terrace restaurant.

4- Kirazlı Sultan Konak, Kuşadası, Izmir - https://www.boutiquesmallhotels.com/kusadasi-hotels

As soon as we step through the huge door opening to the wooden floors shining under the sun at Kirazlı Sultan Mansion, we feel the excitement and peace we've been longing for! Almost everything here is made of wood and stone. The stone floors covering the walls; decorative balconies with wooden windows, XIV. Louis-style furniture, paintings suitable for the taste of past eras, and private bathtubs. In each room, handcrafted details and antique furniture come together. And the private bathtubs are by far the best we've seen in Turkey!

Our favorite was the Sultan Room in this historic mansion, which they have faithfully restored for over 175 years. The effect of this room on us still continues... The next day, when we went up to the terrace of the mansion to see how the weather would be, the joy of the beautiful village view is enough for us. Haldun Bey and his wife Tülin Hanım, who welcomed us very well and to whom we lavished praise, are also sincere and kind people. It's worth going to Kirazlı Sultan Mansion just for their pleasant conversations...

The breakfasts and meals prepared by Tülin Hanım herself are incredible. The fish is caught from the boat, from the fishermen. Cooked to perfection - with its unique sauce recipe - and not losing its moisture. With a pinch of arugula and a slice of red onion. Familiar appetizers are also winking: black-eyed bean salad, shrimp salads, paçanga böreği. The morning is also a delightful and long breakfast. But what a spread this is! Homemade jams, tomatoes-cucumbers from the garden, peanut butter, white honey, village cheeses, goat cheese fried with their special sauces, black and white caviar, and appetizers. Since we go lightly in the mornings, we end this enjoyable breakfast with our warm tea.

5- Babakamp Eco Ranch & Retreat - Fethiye - https://www.boutiquesmallhotels.com/fethiye-hotels

Turning my route towards the Mediterranean; I'm heading to Fethiye Bay, known as Glaukos Bay in ancient times. Fethiye is a pleasant town nestled at the foothills of the rugged mountains surrounding the bay. The slopes behind it are filled with ancient Telmessos city necropolis tombs. So, I decide to spend the night at Babakamp, located at an altitude of 1,300 meters on Baba Mountain, along the coast...

This refuge on Baba Mountain, which rises steeply; Babakamp Eco Ranch & Retreat; has the most stunning view I've ever seen along Turkey's western coast, completely surrounded by nature! I feel like I'm outside the old world's clean, pure realm. I'm eating from Babakamp's own bread, olive oil dishes made from seasonal vegetables, and vegetarian stews cooked in the wood oven. It's a mellow June evening for me...

This place has been run by friendly people who have preserved its rural identity for years. They've also placed the well-being of body, mind, and soul at the heart of Babakamp. Using ecological, nature-friendly, self-sufficient natural energy sources, Babakamp envelops people with all this sustainable dynamism and immense tranquility.

I'm staying in family rooms reflecting the architecture of nature. Doors are always open to our furry friends. Some of their rooms are also occupied by regular guests for long periods.

For those arriving by plane, the nearest airport is Dalaman, 80 km away. This is a fascinating geography with so much to do. Among the places you can visit are Saklıkent Canyon, Pinara Ancient City, Patara, and Gemiler Island.

6- Olympos Mountain Lodge - Beycik Mountain Kemer Olympos - https://www.boutiquesmallhotels.com/antalya-kemer-hotels

Dizzy with the beauty of the Mediterranean, where nature is still stronger than humans, and the winding roads and beautiful landscapes, we arrive at Olympos Mountain Lodge. Where the sea meets the land, the land meets the rock, and beauty meets tranquility; nature takes the lead. The scent of cedar trees makes Olympos Mountain Lodge even more surreal, but this place is where the surreal becomes natural! In fact, if you ask us; one could say that when a person comes here, they would want to spend the rest of their life here...

Everything in OML's gardens, kitchens, and rooms reflects the efforts of the hosts Başak, Su, and Mehmet Ali. You need to understand the language of nature, not just understand but also love it, they say. Each of their rooms has its own story. They're all unique. The fireplace mountain houses are also rented by special fans annually. Our favorite is the suite room: a room with a garden, smelling of sun and wildflowers! Now we're coming to those delightful evenings where our palate taste mixes with the taste of imagination: the kitchen is open. Watching the chefs with their copper pans while eating is an extra pleasure for us. In their gastronomic tasting menus, the flavor balances set up for each dish; in the gentle settings laughing at time, allow us to eat slowly and talk at length. It's also worth mentioning that the music range extends from jazz and classical music played from their vinyl records to soft rock. After dinner, we watch the shooting stars from the terrace accompanied by wine. Hâşim's verses also come to mind in this atmosphere, of course: 'Evening, again evening, again evening / If I were a reed in the lakes at this moment!'

In addition to all this, other nice details we want you to follow are; touring the coves with private boat tours, benefiting from massage services, attending private yoga classes, and eating by the fire in the highland! For those arriving by plane, Antalya Airport is 90 km away.

7- Hypnos Sapanca Glamping & Spa, Sapanca - https://www.boutiquesmallhotels.com/sapanca-hotels

Hypnos Sapanca Glamping & Spa is a facility built on a 10,000 m² land among meticulously cultivated fruit trees with an isolated holiday concept. It's designed to offer guests more than just a hotel room stay they dream of. Therefore, depending on the season, you can taste dozens of varieties of fruits by plucking them from the tree branches, and experience the peace to your core with the sound of the streams unique to the district, which are only in the garden of the facility.

Location information for the facility: Located in Sapanca, the apple of Sakarya's eye, 30 to Kocaeli, 1 hour to Istanbul.

Editor's Notes: The atmosphere is beautiful. There was no problem with hot water in the bathtub and bathroom; in fact, the hot water was extremely hot. There are about 15 varieties of breakfast for 2 people and unlimited free hot drinks available. There are apple, grape, and walnut trees from which you can pick and eat. The staff is respectful and polite. We didn't see any chickens, but there were 2 sheep working as gardeners. There are mosquitoes, not none. When you use the repellent, mosquitoes don't come. They provide free shuttle service and offer burned barbecue for barbecue. The air conditioning is solid.

8- Dachas Houses - Ağva Istanbul - https://www.boutiquesmallhotels.com/agva-hotels

Here's an authenticity that suits the Ağva vacation: Dachas Cove Houses

🌿 A hotel & farm by the Göksu River in Ağva... How well it fits, @dachasevleriagva. This year, the dream of a family who settled here 20 years ago and established a farm to finally host guests has come true.

🏠 Inspired by the simple beauty of Hülya Hanım's farm, stone houses with colorful outlines and high ceilings are nestled among lush green trees... Here, they host guests with care brought about by being in the heart of nature but without haste, enjoying the moment.

🌴 In a spacious garden; there is a cafe, restaurant, horse farm, organic vegetable gardens, swimming pool, fruit trees, geese, ducks, and cows. It's a place where I can enjoy the deep tranquility of the Göksu River while sitting from where I am, with no shortage of wind on warm summer days!

🛏 Dachas Cove consists of 19 separate entrance houses with different concepts. The houses, bathrooms, and balconies are quite spacious and enjoyable. I'm really enjoying whatever I do in the Silo named house I'm staying in... I'm at a place that's tastefully set up, clean, and operated with pleasure, enjoying the moment...

🍽 For those who want to experience a special experience with both the quality of the kitchen and the beauty of the view, there are Dachas Cove Houses...

🐶 Pets are always welcome. Sabiha Gökçen Airport is 75 km away for those arriving by plane. Places I especially recommend in the vicinity: Sardala Bay, Hacılı Waterfall, Lovers' Lane, and the town center of Ağva.

9- Güllü Mansions - Şirince Izmir - https://www.boutiquesmallhotels.com/sirince-hotels

A geography where the sea fiercely clashes with the mountain, Selçuk... I'm turning my car towards Şirince Village, which has a natural antalgic like a basin on the slope of this geography. Şirince has an effect that locks people to it. So beautiful, so majestic... In this marvelous village, where the common language and expression revealed in the use of stone and brick impose itself; Güllü Mansions, in harmony with them, creates a bright image of comfort, opening a parenthesis to the village as soon as you step inside. I feel their aura, the only dimension of being authentic, in every part of the mansion. The windows, high-ceilinged rooms, abundance of glass, and a spacious garden filled with various kinds of roses are probably contributing to this. Restored with sweat and getting more beautiful with age, Güllü Mansions experience the village's absolute tranquility with their rooms personalized for special moments. I'm in a valley-view, balcony, and fireplace room where they have established the geometry of silence... We shouldn't forget the taste of the breakfasts and meals coming out of their kitchen. They prepare the table with natural products from the earth, trying to make the best flavors with their philosophy. Peach purslane salad, cherry beet, and beef ribs are among their dishes that make you feel this taste. After breakfast, the St. Dimitrios Church I came across while climbing the streets of the village wanders the village, Şirince's style to me with different emphasis. Then I turn my way to the Village of Mathematics. This place is like a poem... And of course, I don't neglect to visit the ancient city ruins of Ephesus, Magnesia, and the House of the Virgin Mary...  Güllü Mansions is also a pet-friendly place... For those arriving by plane, the nearest airport is Adnan Menderes Airport, which is 68 km away.

10- Pionia Country House - Kazdağları https://www.boutiquesmallhotels.com/yesilyurt-village-hotels

Pionia Country House - Kazdağları

We set off early Wednesday morning for this part of our journey, especially to see the villages that have managed to remain untouched. With the help of the beautiful and serene autumn weather, we immersed ourselves deep into the heart of Mount Ida. Through a comfortable, convenient, and tree-lined road; we reached the beautifully situated Demirci Village at the foot of Ayvacık. Surrounded entirely by high and impassable mountains, it's a very pleasant Northern Aegean village consisting of small stone houses.

While strolling through the village streets, on the side we were progressing, we came across the exceptionally beautiful Pionia Country House, which seemed quite old and secluded in a very secluded place. Pionia is in a very good location at the base of the valley. Everything here is very convenient, aesthetic, and filled with kindness. Especially, the graceful energy of our gracious hostess, Mrs. Meliha, has added another elegance to the atmosphere of the hotel. The walls are adorned with very rich paintings made from nature depictions. All the works are the product of Mrs. Meliha's art. We admire everything that nourishes our creativity...

It turns out that our favorite room, the Lamponia room with its bathtub and fireplace. It felt very good to wake up in this place with every side covered with beautiful shadows of all kinds of trees and the most beautiful pine groves that could exist... The view from Pionia Country House is endless: a magnificent wild landscape dominates the surroundings!

The next day, we sat down to a delicious breakfast table with plenty of authentic Northern Aegean extra virgin olive oil pastries, pastries, eggs, scrambled eggs, tomatoes-cucumbers, and olives. The taste of spring water from the mountains was also different, of course. By the way, we had the best village bread in Kazdağları at Pionia Country House's breakfast: delicious!

Then, after having our coffee by the pool, we hit the mountain roads: to go trekking! Along the way, we passed sometimes from the heights of the mountains and sometimes from very beautiful plains at their feet. There was no useless land here. It was showing its positive effect in the fall, true! Then we went to see the very special charm of the Assos Athena Temple. In short, there are many things to see both up and down in this geography. Especially, the ones we recommend spending time on are: Troy Ancient City, Ayazma, Sarıkız, and Hasanboğuldu Waterfall…
