We have various complaints about this hotel, where we stayed with my wife and son for 4 nights between 27 February 2019 and 3 March 2019. Some of these are as follows: 1-) Our first check-in was around 21:30 at night and there was no child bed in our room. We were transferred to the next room and had to use the sofa there as a child's bed. We had to put on the sheets and duvet cover of this sofa ourselves, as we were told that there would be no "housekeeping" at this hour. Because we were tired, we continued to stay at the hotel for the sake of the first night. 2-) The staff constantly had repulsive attitudes. Breakfast service ends at 10:00, but we were told to leave the breakfast room at 10:15 due to cleaning, and we had to pay for water at breakfast. 3-) The staff was in a constant argument with us as customers. Every moment we spent was nervous and stressful. No apology or goodwill was shown. 4-) The people who served as kitchen staff were also cleaning the rooms. As a result, we were not satisfied with the service we received as a customer, and our psychology and peace were disrupted during our stay due to the rude and disrespectful behavior of the staff. For these reasons, we need to inform both ETS TUR and the MINISTRY OF TOURISM (KTBİM-176 579066) to warn this business not to treat other customers in the same way, to inspect whether the environment is healthy in terms of hygiene, and to apologize at least in writing to us as customers. ) we complained.

We stayed here last summer, unfortunately it has nothing to do with a boutique hotel! The rooms are old decor, the breakfast is ordinary and the pool is never cleaned.. Since it was our last night, we said let's drink wine and let the hotel bar win instead of going to another bar. They tried to write a solid fee!! I was both sad and angry. The view of the hotel is beautiful, from the balcony of the sea front room. Unfortunately, the rest is empty.

We continue our activities with our "Boutique hotel" operating certificate from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Our rooms were renovated in January 2015. With these renovation works, wallpapers, beds, bedspreads, curtains, carpet flexes and bases were changed and our annual maintenance was carried out. The demands of our guests vary. We applied two different concepts in this regard. The room you are staying in, number 306, is a simply designed room using earth tones. We are sure you will love our other concept. Örsmaris Boutique Hotel has a farm in Çamlı. Products such as eggs, milk, cheese, tomatoes and peppers arrive daily from this farm for the hotel's open buffet. The region's famous pine honey is served in its natural form. Breakfast is very important to us. These natural products are also used in your meals selected from the menu during the day in our restaurant. Örsmaris Boutique Hotel has 2 pools in the garden. Both pools have regular checks. We have not joined the European Union, but we have contracts with many tour operators from Europe. We are subject to constant supervision. We maintain pool water analysis reports for each year. PH, Chlorine and temperature checks are carried out by our own staff daily in the morning and evening. It is analyzed twice every month by Nova Laboratory & Engineering, which works under the Ministry of Health. Since our pools are in the garden, leaves are falling and our guests think that the pool is not cleaned. We are aware of how pools can cause diseases and we take the necessary precautions. Örsmaris Boutique Hotel Restaurant and bar menu includes Kavaklıdere, Doluca and Pamukkale Wines. Our wine prices start from 40 TL for 70cl. Your order as a glass costs 12 TL. Our 2015 wine prices are more affordable than the seaside restaurants and hotels in the Marmaris Region. It is very unfortunate that your preferred wine is not in stock. We would like to host you again and offer you Kavaklıdere Rose. The room you stayed in, room 306, had a pool view. We would be happy to reserve the sea view room of your dreams for your next visit.
