Each of the stone worked houses is an example of typical Datça architecture. The privacy inherent in a one family dwelling and spacious gardens invite you to distance yourself from the stress of urban life and to enjoy the peace and calm for which you long. When you open your window, the pristine oxygen of the air will wash around you and the typical village atmosphere will give you peace of mind. Our greatest hope is that you will feel completely at home in one of our old Datça houses. The Incir (Fig) House is located near the entrence while The Badem (Almond) House is further up the slope; both are located in Old Datça and are just 2,5 Km. distant from Datça’s town center. Today a preservation site, in the past Old Datça functioned as the seat of teh province while it now has a village feel and appearence, allowing visitors a nostalgic glimpse in the past they long for. The Incir (Fig) House is made up of fourseparate studio type rooms, two on the upper and two on the floor, each room consisting of a bedroom and bath. A small but very functional kitchenette is located in the entry way to each room. All rooms are 16,5 m2. The Fig House is located on the corner to the immediate right to the Old Datça Grocery Store and Silver Shop and Antique Bar. The Badem (Almond) House has four apartments, two on the lower and two on the upper floor. Each apartments has a bedroom, sitting room and bathroom. Each apartments are 28 m2 while the lower apartments are 26 m2. The Almond House is located directly past the Old Datça Mosque, on the left side of the road.
