At five minutes to seven in the evening, we are at the door of Aheste Taş Hotel in Dikili. Duygu and Onur, whom we spoke to on the phone, welcome us. They have a familiar, warm energy on their faces, just like on the phone. On this beautiful May evening, after walking around the garden, we go to our room where Duygu and Onur host us. The view is even more beautiful from our room named Kibele. This room is furnished with a very fine taste, facing the sea, with a balcony.
A window as wide as a wall, the island of Lesbos in front of us, the green and blue of spring. It is a sight to behold...
Aheste is a different world with its sunset light, silence and the scent of flowers. Every product in their kitchen is freshly picked from their orchards. Therefore, it is inevitable to have dinner here. The result: delicious, natural, devoted, loving breakfasts and dinners... Aheste style...
Where to start to tell you that this Dikili region, its nature, history and Eolis coast is the right place to start exploring! The Black Lake, which we reached on foot, is definitely a must-see for nature lovers like us. In the long run, nature is all there is... Nature that never leaves you stranded...

We had our traditional Aheste holiday this year too... This place is much more than a hotel. It is one of the rare places where you can holiday in your own home. It's a place you can even go to have dinner during a wonderful sunset. Hotel owners Duygu, Onur and Didem do their best to make you feel at home. Ummu's appetizers should not be overlooked.
